We are particular about handing over important items carefully.

About carrier

We use Yamato Transport and Japan Post as shipping companies.

About overseas shipping

Regarding shipments to countries other than Japan, we will respond sequentially.

Notice of slip number

All items will be shipped via a trackable shipping method.

After shipping, we will send you an email with a tracking number.

If you do not receive a "confirmation email" immediately after placing your order, there is a high possibility that you will not receive any subsequent emails either.

About shipping timing

■Items that are in stock are usually shipped within 2-3 business days of your order. (Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are closed days and are not shipped.)

■ It may take up to a week for Tadashi Yagyu's schedule to make items that require careful attention, such as lucky charms.

■ Pre-ordered items will be shipped at the shipping time indicated on the product page.

Fudo Myoo T-shirt is a reserved product. It will be shipped sequentially from the end of May.

About delivery schedule

It will be delivered by Kuroneko Yamato courier or click post of the post office.

■ In the case of delivery by courier

It will be delivered the day after the shipping email is received.

(Hokkaido, Okinawa and remote islands add 2-3 days)

Delays may occur due to bad weather, busy periods, or traffic conditions.

■ In the case of delivery by click post

It will arrive at the same time as ordinary mail. It usually takes 2 to 5 days after receiving the shipping email.

Consolidated delivery of products

If the delivery times overlap, items ordered separately may be sent in the same box. (For free shipping items only)

If you pay for shipping separately, we will send it in a separate box.

About product mistake or damage

All products are checked many times before they are sent, but in rare cases, the wrong product or damage may occur.

When you receive it, please check it first, and if you have any questions, please contact Spizanmai . We will respond quickly.

About product name

The product name on the slip attached to the delivery box will be written as "cloth products", "T-shirts", "books", etc.

The amulet will be sent as a "cloth product". When bundling a large number of products, the product name may be omitted.
